The silhouette of Wadi Grand Residence graces the Beirut skyline with a bold new shape. A signature project by Ven.Invest, Wadi Grand Residence sits amidst Wadi Bou Jmil like a graceful, distinctive crown.
The buildings are the height of contemporary luxury while the project itself pays respect to the area’s history.
Six independent blocks rising six to seven floors are a study in proportion, light, and scale. Featuring a refined palette of natural materials, the serene living spaces provide a feeling of warmth; hand-selected all-natural stone bring a rich tactility to the rooms, while multiple exposures maximize light and views throughout the different moments of the day.
The project surrounds a quaint landscaped courtyard, forming an intimate and tranquil haven that welcomes residents home, providing an immediate respite from the bustle of the city.
